Prior to joining Black Betty, Charlie’s hospitality career spanned 16 years, with 10 years in senior management roles, which included Group Restaurants Manager for one of Australia’s most reputable and successful players, and before that GM of Nobu in Melbourne.
Charlie cut his teeth in the industry running bars and nightclubs in London and Ibiza, then fast forward, he learned about pubs as GM of a couple of Melbourne’s favourite watering holes, including a 4 level heaving machine.
