With a background in hotels & hospitality then over 13 years’ experience leading successful recruitment teams and working with top international blue chip clients, Bianca is at the helm as GM of Black Betty recruiting across all roles. Bianca is a seasoned recruiter within the hospitality space and no job is too difficult, too big, or too small for her to turn around quickly.

Daniel (Monkey) Ackman
Senior Recruiter - Pub Division
Monkey has hospitality running through his veins. Starting at the age of 12 as a waiter then a glassie, before taking the leap to Hotel Manager of a pumping CBD hotel by 18½ (the moment he was legally allowed).
With almost 2 decades in management of Hotels, Pubs and Nightclubs, working his way up the ranks to Group Operations Manager for one of Australia’s most successful Pub Groups that owns one of Sydney’s biggest drinking institutions, Monkey has a 6th sense when it comes to knowing what will work and what makes the industry tick. Drawing on strong operational knowledge of all aspects of pub management, Monkey is a natural to source talent at all levels, including Licensees, Operations Managers, Gaming Managers, GMs….and everything in between.
With a reputation as large as his personality and connections from the east to the west…..combined with his intimate knowledge of everything drinking and party related, Monkey is your ‘go to guy’.

Talent & Social Media Co-ordinator
As a discerning foodie with a Bachelor of Communications (majoring in Public Relations) under her belt, Rachael is a natural to manage Black Betty’s social media.
Rachael is Black Betty’s roaming reporter – you’ll often find her hanging in the world’s best restaurants; her current favourite is Sexy Fish in London, which she takes any opportunity to visit.
